AI Prompt & Contextual Engineer

Full-time • Remote

Shape the intelligence behind A-Monk and our AI-driven security platform.

We're looking for an AI Prompt & Contextual Engineer to join our team and lead the development of our AI infrastructure. You'll be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining the prompt engineering systems that power A-Monk — our AI security advisor that translates complex security concepts into actionable guidance for SMBs.

What You'll Do

•Design and implement sophisticated prompt engineering strategies for security-focused AI applications
•Develop and maintain contextual understanding systems that adapt to diverse customer environments
•Create and optimize AI instruction sets for security assessment, threat analysis, and compliance guidance
•Build evaluation frameworks to measure AI response quality, accuracy, and security relevance
•Collaborate with security consultants to embed domain expertise into AI workflows
•Implement guardrails and safety measures to ensure responsible AI outputs
•Document prompt patterns, best practices, and maintain a library of reusable components
•Monitor and improve AI performance based on user feedback and security outcomes

What We're Looking For

•3+ years experience in AI/ML engineering, prompt engineering, or related fields
•Strong background in cybersecurity consulting, GRC, or security operations
•Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST CSF)
•Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
•Excellent written communication skills — ability to craft clear, precise instructions
•Understanding of security concepts: vulnerability management, threat intelligence, risk assessment
•Programming proficiency in Python; familiarity with TypeScript is a plus
•Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures preferred

Offensive Security Engineer

Full-time • Remote

Break things before the bad guys do. Red team our AI models and platform.

We're seeking an Offensive Security Engineer with a passion for breaking things — ethically. You'll lead red team operations against our AI models, platform infrastructure, and security tools. Your mission: find vulnerabilities before attackers do and help us build more resilient systems.

What You'll Do

•Conduct red team exercises against our AI models, including prompt injection and jailbreak attempts
•Perform penetration testing on our platform infrastructure, APIs, and web applications
•Develop novel attack techniques for AI/ML systems and document findings
•Research emerging security weaknesses in LLMs and AI-driven applications
•Create adversarial test cases to stress-test A-Monk and other AI components
•Collaborate with development teams to implement security fixes and hardening measures
•Build automated security testing pipelines and fuzzing frameworks
•Contribute to our vulnerability disclosure program and responsible AI practices
•Stay current with offensive security research, CTFs, and the latest exploitation techniques

What We're Looking For

•3+ years experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security research
•Demonstrated ability to think creatively and find unconventional attack vectors
•Experience with web application security (OWASP Top 10, API security)
•Strong programming skills in Python, with scripting for automation
•Familiarity with AI/ML security — prompt injection, model manipulation, data poisoning
•Understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
•Excellent documentation and communication skills
•Passion for security research and continuous learning
